# Stake your Uniswap LP position

**Prerequisite**

To stake and participate in the program, you must first provide liquidity to one of our liquidity pools. If you have not yet done this, you can refer to this [guide](/bustad/reward/provide-liquidity-on-uniswap.md).

**Stake your position**

To start staking, please visit our staking platform at <https://app.bustad.io/reward>. Once you have connected your wallet, you will be able to see the various reward programs available for you to join. You can select the program you wish to participate in and click on "Stake". Sign the transaction on your wallet to complete the process. Afterward, you will begin to earn EIG.

**Unstake and claim**

You may withdraw from the program at any time by unstaking your positions. However, to maximize your earnings, it is recommended to remain in the program until it ends. Please note that you must unstake your positions before you can claim your rewards.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://bustad.gitbook.io/bustad/reward/stake-your-uniswap-lp-position.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
